Executive Coach Process within the Boeing Company

Executive Coach Process within the Boeing Company

Project description
This 2-page paper will analyze the executive coaching process within the Boeing Company.

Executives can feel comfortable that all of our internal and external executive coaches are highly qualified, extremely competent, talented business professionals delivering comparable quality of service. All coaches are bound by and adhere to standards of the profession including ethics and applicable confidentiality boundaries

Internal coaches typically have expertise in organization development, leadership development and bring deep internal knowledge of Boeing, while having professional

training and many hours of experience coaching executives.

External coaches are also available and have varied backgrounds that typically include business operations, clinical or industrial psychology and organization

development. All are considered experts in their field and have knowledge of Boeing through their various years of experience working with our executives and

leadership initiatives. External coaches are sometimes engaged for support of specific executive development programs, while internal coaches typically have a broader

view of all executive development opportunities and can often leverage the coaching experience to extend beyond the program.

Internal/external executive coaches are all ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified with either of the following: ACC, PCC, or MCC. The client or HR business

partner will engage with their Coaching Program Office (CPO) focal to confirm the coach selected.

Once coaching is underway, the CPO focal will periodically reach out to the client, manager, HR business partner, or coach to check progress, satisfaction and needs.

Anyone involved in the coaching engagement should feel free to call their CPO focal at any time to answer questions, address concerns or otherwise provide support to

enhance the coaching experience.

Once the coaching engagement is concluded, the client (or their HR business partner) notifies the CPO focal. At that time, the CPO focal will gather evaluation

feedback and address any remaining questions or needs from the client.
Answer the following:

Who are the coaches?
How are the results of coaching measured?
