Explaining import tariffs and quotas under perfect competition, exchange rates, and international monetary experience.

I need to write an essay explaining import tariffs and quotas under perfect competition, exchange rates, and international monetary experience. I would write it but I’m in a bind with two other classes along with returning home on a 15 hour flight, which I will spend most of my time with the other classes. My class was based out of the International Economics book by Feenstra and Taylor entitled International Trade. The length of the paper needs to be about 6 pages or until the topics are explained adequately. Please let me know what the price of a paper like this would cost.
