Fatwa assignment
this essay is about fatwa you will find in the first attachment my draft that I already sent and this is what my tutor said after reading it:
It is very difficult for me to comment on your plan as it doesn’t tell me much. I can see, however, that you are planning to talk about the fatwa and how it is issued and what authority it has. This is a good idea. You should consult the following paper: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1548-1425.2010.01238.x/abstract.
I don’t think you should talk about usul al-fiqh as this is too general–you could just add a footnote about it.
As for the structure of your essay, it doesn’t look very essay-like. Make sure the final version reads like an essay and not a scientific report.
