As a final project, Haidt says (p 170) that he asks his students to describe how they could make themselves a better person. Based on his book as a whole, lay out a plan for how you might make yourself either a better person or a happier person. For each element you include in your plan, reference the idea in Haidt that leads you to believe that element would be an effective part of your plan.
