Part 1:  Do a financial analysis for the entire US casino industry as a whole, you can find lots of useful information in the case that I provide you with. Give a general about how the industry do in the last 10 years, when did they do well and why, also discuss when do they suffer and the reason why. In the end of that part, identify the problem and offer solution.
Part 2: Do a financial analysis for Caesars Entertainment and MGM Resorts separately (balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flow and financial ratio), analyze Past Performance (Across historical time periods for those two firms in the last 5 years), Future Performance (Using historical figures and certain mathematical and statistical techniques, including present and future values). Then do a Comparative Performance between Caesars Entertainment and MGM Resorts and find out which firm is better in different area(Caesars Entertainment is doing better domestically but MGM Resorts is doing better globally by expand their business overseas). Identify their strong suit and weakness, as well as their problems and offer solution.
