Financial Strategic Plan for USPS in the Next 3 years

I will upload the case in the additional files area.
This is a group project, and we already divided it into 4 parts: part one: introduction and history; part two: internal issue and segments, part three: finance and strategy; part four: external issues and competitors.
Each of us needs to come up with any good strategies, which will help USPS in the next 3-6 years.
I am responsible for Part 3: Finance and strategy.
For finance, it requires to do some research and read the case, in order to analyze the USPS’ financial statements, do some calculations, show the numbers (such as costs, percentage, ratios), do your best.
