FOCUS ON FORM IN TASK BASED LANGUAGE TEACHING

my topic is FOCUS ON FORM IN TASK BASED LANGUAGE TEACHING.
it has 3 stages:
1- focus on form (grammar), methods are (AML audio lingual method, silent way and grammar-translation method)
give a historical background and its advocates and its flaws.
2- focus on meaning. (direct method, total physical response and communicative language teaching)
also give a historical background and its advocates and its flaws.
3- task based language teaching. this is a new approach. 
give a historical background, how did it emerge. talk about David Nunan one of the advocates of this approach. in writing this paper i would like to you to point out that i am a supporter of this method and attach a book and article written by David Nunan.
the most important point is to talk about is FOCUS ON FORM IN TASK BASED LANGUAGE TEACHING, which combines the two extremes, (focus on form and focus on meaning) this should be the aim and focus of my term paper. I also included articles and books to include in resources Rod Ellis is the main focus as he is a binary scholar who combined both extremes.

Guidelines for Term Papers
1.    The topic of your term paper should be derived from the content areas specified in the course description.
2.    Ideally, it should constitute a major interest for further investigation in future.
3.    It should reflect your awareness of the features academic writing.
4.    It should reflect your awareness of the APA style of research report writing and citation.
5.    Avoid plagiarism.
6.    Field work, if there is any, should not be surveys. Qualitative case studies are highly recommended at this stage. 
7.    Critical review of literature is allowed.
