For the Final Project, you will select a public (federal, state, or local) or nonprofit organization with which you are familiar.

For the Final Project, you will select a public (federal, state, or local)
or nonprofit organization with which you are familiar. With this
organization in mind, you will explore the various topics of the course.
The Final Project will contain the following sections:
1. Mission and goals of the organization
2. Strategic human resource management (SHRM) policies
3. Applicable legal and ethical codes
4. Diversity considerations
5. Recruitment methods
6. Interview questions
7. Compensation and benefits plan
8. Employee evaluation
Must demonstrate both breadth and depth of knowledge and critical
thinking appropriate to graduate-level scholarship. It must follow APA
Publication Manual guidelines and be free of typographical, spelling,
and grammatical errors. The project should be no less than 10 pages
in length (double-spaced), not including the title page, the abstract,
and references.
