Foundations of leadership
Paper instructions:
The paper is to be in
portfolio style. I have
self assessments for appendixes already. I need between 8-15 references. The paper is to discuss how to deal with stubborn people when you apply change to a healthcare area.
The paper to include Belbin’s team roles, Blake & Mouton Leadership & Management Grid, which I was defined as ‘team leadership style’. Also F.I.R.O.B self perception inventory – this
self assessment shocked me as it described me as a needy person whereas I’m quite a
feisty outspoken person?
I would also like the essay to include how to dealing with conflict when change happens in a healthcare setting.
