Identify one leading player in the industry and discuss the problems posed by the technological change. Suggest how the leading player might adapt to and exploit the changes as a strategic innovator.
Task Details:
1. Critically evaluate the key issues of essay topic with extensive academic arguments, supportive statistics and competitors’ trends, relevant analysis of strategic context (internal and external), and practical application of core strategic management concepts.
