Develop a generic communications plan and template. “Generic” simply means that the information within the outline applies to any type of business. Do not use any particular business name. This concept might be a little confusing but it is quite simple. As your team research corporate communication plans, you will find that regardless of the business type, there are several sections that are the same. Some of these parts are: organizational leadership, stakeholders, mission/vision, goals and objectives, communication mediums, frequency of communication, type of information to be passed and who is the audience, amongst others.
The objective of the outline is to provide an artifact that each student could apply to their own business in the final individual paper in week 5.
The outline shall be structure as such (Cover page first):
Introduction
I. First Outline Topic
a. Subtopic
II. Second Outline Topic
a. Subtopic
As an option, provide a small description (1 to 2 sentences) of what type of information will be included in each topic.
I do not require a conclusion to this paper.
