The question is:
describe as completely as you can what Qatar’s overall economic strategy is. Given Qatar’s expectation for economic growth in the near term, are the goals achievable? What challenges or risks do you see that could undermine the strategy? Now compare Bahrain’s economic strategy to Qatar’s. What advantages does Bahrain have over Qatar in the execution of its strategy? If you could make any suggestions for improvement to either country’s strategy, what would they be?
