Project description
Select and view a movie that demonstrates forms of group behavior. These may include Group Decision Making, Teamwork, Communication, Leadership, Power and Politics, or

Conflict and Negotiation. While watching the movie, observe and take notes on how the events relate to organizational and group behavior.

Write 3 to 5 page paper detailing the group behavior concepts and how they were incorporated into the film. This paper should include concepts and topics from course

materials as well as your personal reaction to the group behavior demonstrated in the film.

You will be graded on the logic, organization and style of writing (grammar and spelling), as well as your use of terminology from the text.

The focus on your paper should not be to retelling of the story in the movie. The focus should be on reporting on the group behavior concepts observed in the movie.

Below is a list of suggested movies that deal with group behavior. Movies with strong group behavioral issues not included in this list may be chosen, but it is

recommended they be approved first.
