1. Read Ch. 11 in Working in Groups.
2. Group Motivation Inventory (due Week Four)
Complete the “Group Motivation Inventory” in Ch. 11 of the textbook. Determine your score and post it to your Individual forum and your Learning Team forum. Then write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper, formatted according to APA guidelines, that includes the following information:
a. Describe what you have learned about yourself through this exercise.
b. How does this knowledge affect the way you interact in groups?
c. What will you do differently in future groups as a result of what you learned in this exercise?
d. Based on your results, what can you do to be more motivated?
e. What team incentives would help you be more motivated when working in a group?
f. What considerations would you have to make for team incentives when team members motivations are different?
