Before we begin it would be useful to put out on the table our own theories about the nature of happiness and what leads to it. What is your personal theory of the route to happiness? Describe it in a paragraph or so and then tell us whether you think your theory is disprovable (falsifiable) or not. To the best of your ability tell us what kind of evidence would disprove your theory? Does it matter to you if your theory is disprovable?
