Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

Your job will be to critically read the assignment and make corrections/comments using track changes and comments in Microsoft Word. (One comment for each TYPE of mistake will be sufficient).
“Track changes” is a feature in Microsoft Word. Here is how you do it in version 2008…
o Open a Word document
o Click on “Tools”
o Select “Track Changes”
o Select “Highlight Changes”

*** Different versions of Microsoft have their “Track Changes” in different places. If you do not use version 2008, I would recommend just Google your specific version and question such as “Microsoft Word 2007 Track Changes.”

To make a comment in side the bubbles, you have to locate the button in the “Track Changes” menu called “Insert Comment”. Another way is to just type in your comments directly in the paper and they will appear in a bubble as well as long as you have track changes on.

If you can’t figure out how to use grade changes, I will accept comments at the end of the paper.

You are not expected to correct anything on the paper. Rather, you are to make comments on anything you see needing fixed, changes, or ideals for improvement (One comment for each TYPE of error such as spelling, punctuation, etc.).

Be sure to assess the paper using the following criteria:
1. Does the paper provide sufficient evidence for its hypothesis or claim?
2. Does the flow of the paper and sentence structure make sense?
3. Should it be organized in a different manner?
4. Are all the items listed in the assignment guidelines and rubric covered and in sufficient depth?

TURNITIN – Yes you will need to turn this paper (and your final draft) into Turnitin however I realize your score will be extremely high due to this paper being previously submitted by the original author.
