Students will be required to write and submit a typed 10 page (double-spaced) paper on an assigned topic relevant to the course. (See suggested topic list) Paper is not to exceed 20 pages. Paper should be double spaced with one (1) inch margins and 11 pt. font in Times New Roman. Include a reference page and cover page. The paper must have a standard outline (introduction, body, and conclusion) and references used in writing the paper must be cited. Paper must meet APA style guidelines. Paper or student developed fact sheet will be distributed to class prior to the scheduled presentation.

Paper must effectively convey what the following levels of health care are; primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary. How these models can be arranged (i.e. regional vs dispersed models). Examples of each must also be given. All papers will be submitted on Turnitin to screen for plagiarism.
