You do not need to develop implementation processes. But you should mention the critical importance of implementation, execution and evaluation of the strategies you come up with for this assignment.

Organization:
Victoria Medicross is a NEW integrated HEALTHCARE PROVISION clinic in downtown Victoria, BC, Canada. The clinic has a team of 6 doctors (GPs), 2 chiropractitioners, a psychologist, a massage therapist, a naturopath, a onsite pharmacy and satellite lab (taking blood samples, etc). The clinic has a manager, and 10 support staff. The clinic plans to provide comprehensive holistic primary care to a mostly urban, young to elderly population (many with complex diseases)
