Industry Choosen: HIPPA & Administrative Law in the Medical Fields.
Write an 8-10 page final research paper analyzing legal principles discussed throughout the course in relation to an industry you select.
To achieve maximum points for content and analysis, the following elements need thoroughly addressed.
? Give a brief background of a chosen industry.
? Identify two legal principles/laws that affect the industry from contract, criminal, intellectual property, environment, employment, constitutional, and tort law.
? Discuss the legal principles/laws for each of the two legal principles selected.
? Cite specific situations seen in the marketplace.
? Forecast the environment expected for the particular industry in light of all these legal implications.
? Summarize with a recommendation for or against becoming involved in the chosen industry. Provide at least three reasons based on the forecasted legal climate.
? Provide at least five sources. Citations to the dictionary should be provided on top of the required five sources. The Bible does not have to be listed in the References page, but does have to be cited in-text.
? Provide a title page, reference page, and APA formatting for all citations.
