You may use the Internet in addition to credible and scholarly source that you can get through databases on the RWU library webpage. Avoid using numerous direct quotes. Rather consider what you read, summarize the important parts in your own words and the critically analyze the quality and meaning of what you read.

All writing in this class involves your personal opinions and/or your critical analysis of the readings that you do. Thus cutting and pasting of words from the sources that you use is inappropriate and does not convey critical analysis, your level of understanding and the recognition of important factors. Therefore you will be graded down for extensive quoting.

Be sure to list your sources of information in APA manuscript style (information regarding this can be found on the library website and libguides prepared for Psychology students. Again contact Professor Kenney if you have trouble accessing this information.
