The formats required for different types of communication describe the challenge that format requirements place on communication.

It is especially unfair to use words that stereotype all members of a group by race, nationality, or sexual orientation . They frequently reinforce stereotypical beliefs about this group, when it is clear that members of any minority vary widely in all characteristics.

With this in mind, how does one go about eliminating unfair references to minority groups from your communication.

Identify some technical terms that would communicate effectively to others in the same field but would need to be clarified for those outside the field. These do not have to be accounting related.
