For assignment #4 you will create an Access database following the steps given in this online tutorial. Do the tutorial up to Reports. You do NOT have to do the

Charts. As with other assignments this term, follow the same steps:

1. Name your Access database: MIST2610_Assign4_LastnameFirstname.mdb

Files must follow this naming convention to receive credit. If your filename doesnt follow this format it is the same as not turning in any assignment.

2. When you have completed your assignment, call me over. I will grade assignments during the computer lab, as soon as you finish.

3. After I have graded the assignment, submit it to the Drop Box set up on Moodle.

To receive credit for this assignment it must be submitted before the deadline and it must be submitted via Moodle Drop Box. Submissions will not be accepted via email

or any other method. Even if I have already graded your assignment, it will not go into my gradebook as official if you dont upload your assignment to the Moodle Drop
