1- Watch the  TED video from Simon Sinek AND ANWER THE 3 QUESTIONS;(http://www.ted.com/talks/simon_sinek_how_great_leaders_inspire_action.html). After watching the video, please respond to the following questions. Name an organization or a company you are loyal to because of the “why” in their operations. What is it about that company/organization’s “why” factor that draws you to them?
Think about the “why” factor in your own life. How can people understand your “why” without you actually telling them? What message does your “why” of leadership have on those that are following you? Supervising you?
Reflect on a time in your life when you believe your actions were inspiring to others. Explain the moment and the contributing factors. What was the energy like in those moments? How did others respond? What did you learn about yourself through that experience?
