What is systems thinking? How does systems thinking relate to organizational learning? In what ways are there a lack of organizational learning within medicine? How has the application of organizational learning approaches made a difference in the air travel safety?

Illustrate the process of creating health Informatics applications

How do we incorporate human factors into the development of a technology system? How do we evaluate human factors?
