I am currently taking the Knowledge Management course, (BUSI 3007-1) (busi 3001-1) (mgmt 3103-1) utilizing the book “Learning to Fly” ” Practical Knowledge Management from Leading and Learning Organizations” by Chris Collison & Geoff Parcell. I require a 3 pages on the below. 

Knowledge Asset

It is not enough simply to capture information in order to create a knowledge database. A context of the information is also necessary. However, how specific the context should be is debatable. Therefore, a set of conditions needs to be created to guide the decisions on what knowledge to store and why. In this Discussion, you will create 10 such guidelines.

Identify 10 guidelines for building a knowledge asset, and answer the following questions:

What personal knowledge asset will you build after completing this course?

Which two guidelines are most important to your knowledge asset at this point in the course and why?
