IFE and EFE matrix, space matrix, grand strategy for Under Armour

First, please do not try to fool us. We know all these stuff and have done so many times but paying for the work jsut to save some of our time. 

One tutor try to just copy and paste the work from other sources since there are many Under Armour Case on the online. We found it out and disputed work and sent an email to administration.

1. The IFE and EFE matrix must contain the weight, Rating, and weighted score based on the SWOT Analysis.

The SWOT Analysis is attached below. The number must be accurate and make sense. Please do not put random numbers because I will be reading this to make sure the work is done with the efforts.Ã

The matrix must be organized clearly (easy to read).

There are examples that you must follow.

2. The space matrix must divideed into the four categories including conservative, aggresive, defensive, competitive.

On the top of the Y-axis must be financial position (FP), and the botton must be stability position (SP).

On the left side of the X-axis must be competitive position (CP), and the right side must be industry position (IP).

The content of the space matrix must be at least four each and must be clear as well as make sense.

There are examples that you must follow. (All four steps must be completed).

3. grand strategy

The grand strategy must divided into four areas.

On the top of the Y-axis must be overcome weakness, and the bottom must be maximize strength

On the left side of the X-axis must be internal effects, and the right side must be external effects.

There are examples that you must follow.
