Immunocytochemistry

What I need is a case report on Patient with Pleural effusion cytology, the use of Immunocytochemistry in the differential diagnosis of mesothelioma versus adenocarinoma
Requirements are:
An Introduction to the disease,case study details (clinical data-oesophageal Ca,large left pleural effusion), cytological appearance (including any appropriate non-
immunocytochemistry investigation), Immunocytochemistry investigation ( Positive for AE1/3,BeREP4,CK7..negative for TTF1,CK20,CK5,WT1, Calretinin shows non-specific staining),summary of results, discussions,conclusions, references. I’ve got all the actual photo micrograph of the ICC slides.the cytological diagnosis is Left Pleural Effusions:Malignant cells present, Adenocarcinoma, Consistent with Upper GI Origin..it should be 2750 words excluding references.
