1. Change to qualitative case study where researcher interviews the mentors and recently-mentored students (and perhaps non-mentored students), but also gather recent archival data from IWMF, if possible to analyze. Do not tie the study to any school schedule start/end. Finally if this study can be done using only recent archival data from IWMF, that would be the very best for time (quick IRB, and quick to gather data).
2. Change study problem by focusing on mentor perceptions and/or perhaps past “graduates” of the mentoring program who are over 18 (vs. a control group of similar age/gender/place non-graduate. This will require the problem/purpose/research questions, study to be revised,
