Implementing Change (WK5)

Write 3-page paper on the market introduction of a particular consumer product that underwent some sort of change (e.g. product was picked up by another company, new and improved version of the same product, distribution of the product changed).

Describe in the paper how the company managed the change process.

• What strategies did the company use?
• Were they successful?
• Was the way in which the change was implemented consistent with the intention of the change?
• Why or why not?
