For your businessto be successful, you need to be able to manage Information System change in supply chain framework. Use this template to identify your challenges, set goals, and identify factors to achieve your goals. Take a case of your organization, related organization, or any organization which is familiar to you in UAE or GCC to apply this IS change concept.
