Individual Reflective Essay
This should be no more than 1500 words, including references. In this you should:
Discuss how your group approached the task of analysing the case study. Pay particular attention to the following issues (but feel free to include any other issues
that you think are important)
• What were the group’s collective strengths and weaknesses?
• What were the big problems that you encountered in terms of group and team dynamics? What were the major stages in your deliberations?
• Were there episodes of conflict, and how were these managed/ resolved?
• What went well with the group? What could have been better?
• Reflect on your own contribution to the group’s work. What did you find easy? What was difficult?
• Looking back, what would do differently if you had the chance again?
• Looking forward, what are the top three things you have learned from this experience that will be of value to you in future team working exercises when you
graduate?

assignment.
