You have been asked to compile a report on amajor UN study entitled Ageing in the 21st Century: A Celebration and a Challenge (2012) which warns of the possible impact on welfare, pension and health care systems in both developing and developed countries. Assess the impact of these findings on the future global business environment in a country of your choice.

You have been asked by the CEO of a large retailer in a western country to prepare a report in response to shareholders’ wishes to see the company expanding into large emerging markets.
