Project description
Develop a questionnaire with up to 5 question,
-Once the Questionnaire has been developed also you need to understand the purpose of a pilot study
-when happy with the questionnaire and feel it is satisfactory you will ask 3 other student to complete it
-Collect in the completed Questionnaire
– Take this completed Questionnaire and analyze/ present the data for one questionnaire
-5 questionnaire would b appendix 1
-analysis of data collected for one question as appendix 2-this should be table or graph or pie chart
After developing your questionnaire and collection the data, write an essay of 750 word,
In thee assay you are required to demonstrate your depth of understanding of questionnaire ,
– What they are, Why they are used in research studies, Key Theories & Principles related to designing them, also need to consider issues related to the type of

question ask, and how. To ensure respondents understand them,why the pilot is study important and what does ‘ Maximising the response rate’ mean? What about ‘design ‘

issues Are there ethical issues? What could be done next time to improve on the questionnaire you have done whats the strength & weakness . Pls support all statement
