Task: Select two similar companies from the Tourism, Hospitably, Events or Culinary industry as the focus for this report. Using the tools and frameworks covered through the semester so far, analyse both companies to identify the major factors affecting their strategic direction. Include in your report any factors that are driving or limiting innovation.
