Normally this information can be very complex for those not educated in these industries, because of this it cannot be presented in a format that assumes a higher level of understanding. To enable these exchanges of information to succeed it needs to be formated and delivered in a way that enables most people to understand it or at least become familiar enough to consciously engage in their services or buy their products. To simplify the exchange of information (the education of the customer) businesses breakup the information to highlight features and options and to also educate the customer of possible limitations and requirements necessary to proceed further.
