Informative presentation about soccer

Write an outline (see the attachments, the outline has to look exactly like the attachments),and a speech for me to present about. It has to be 4 to 5 minutes long. The presentation is going to be about soccer. You could write about the history of soccer or anything.

Also, you need to follow these points:

1. Provide thorough introduction and conclusion
2. Use at least 1 audio/visual presentation aid (it could be a video or a power point just anything simple and less than 30 sec long if it is a vid.
3. Use a wide variety of supporting materials (facts, examples, quotes, statistics, ect.)
4. Cite at least 3 documents sources.
