UNIT II
1.Many criticisms of MNC activities and responsibilities result from host-country relationships. What are the issues that

create some resentment?
2.What would be some recommendations for MNCs operating in less developed countries (LDC) to promote a mutually beneficial,

long-term, constructive relationship based on CSR and interdependence with the LDC?
