A reflective report considering the development of your interpersonal management skills:
1. Critical consideration of your current interpersonal management skills, including the areas that you
intend to address and justification of these identified needs.
2. Reflection on a difficult interpersonal situation that you have experienced (briefly explain the situation)
and how you could approach the situation, using your knowledge from this subject area, for a more
successful outcome.
3. Action Plan – brief consideration of your development needs in relation your interpersonal management
skills to address the needs identified. The action plan should be in the form of a table (see template below)
