CASE STUDY REPORT

 

 

Your company has been appointed to design the VoIP infrastructure using Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express and Cisco endpoints.

 

You are also required to recommend telephony features to be implemented based on the requirements stated below.

 

ABC Co. has a staff strength of 11 personnel in 3 departments; IT, Sales and Design. The design team has 2 staff. The sales department has 2 staff and the IT department has 7 staff including the director and his secretary.

 

As a project manager you have met your customers and gathered following requirements:
