Is the internet a cultural neutron bomb for first nations people

Paper instructions:
The research paper will require students to choose and write about one of the themes highlighted in the course learning objectives: arts, environment, social, cultural, health, and politics. The focus of the paper will address the following question: In what ways are Indigenous peoples self-represented and misrepresented in contexts and out of contexts? Subsequently, students may address this question with some resolution in mind by addressing the following question: In what ways are Indigenous peoples affected when they are misrepresented and alternately when they control the message in contemporary issues? Students are encouraged to address this question through course readings, additional online readings, media shown in class or posted online, and relevant material they find independently. The research paper should be no more than ten pages, no less than eight, and should include a complete and accurate bibliography and citations.

I decided to do the topic… Is the Internet a cultural neutron bomb for indigenous people?
And I would say that yes it is a neutron bomb just interchangeably positive and negative yet ultimately just progressing first nations culture to a more modern state.
