Jared, a 14 year old male, was taken into custody by the police at 2:30PM at his father’s home after the police had interviewed a 14 year old male victim at a local hospital. The 14 year old victim told the police that Jared had beaten him up earlier that day. The victim was being treated at the hospital for several head injuries and multiple contusions.
