Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

For Peter Northouse, Introduction to Leadership, Chapter 2, “Recognizing Your Traits”, answer the following question:
1. the 2.2 Leadership Traits Questionnaire. After assessing all of the items, which 5 or 6 are the highest, and what do they say about you? (see the attachment)

2. As suggested in 2.3 Observational Exercise, identify the 3 major leadership traits (of the 14 in the Questionnaire) for each of the 5 leaders listed, plus pick 2 “Everyday Leaders” and briefly describe what they are like and identify the 3 major traits for each. Say how those traits are important for their success. Which of the leaders (of any of the 7) are most appealing to you? Why? (see the attachment)

For Peter Northouse, Introduction to Leadership, Chapter 3, “Engaging People’s Strengths”, answering the follow question:
1.Go to www.viacharacter.org and register and take the Values in Action Survey (it may require just 15-20 minutes). Print out your results. When you focus most on the top 6 or so strengths, do they sound like you? Can you give one or two examples? Do some of these relate to some of your Best-Self Feedback you received from friends and acquaintances? Or other feedback you have received?
