Research two (2) recently elected, within the last four (4) years, judges in your county or state. Elected officials may also have an independent Website to support their re-election on which relevant information may be available.
Write a three to five (3-5) page paper in which you: 1.Review judicial qualifications for the two (2) judges you researched to decide whether they are too qualified or not qualified enough based on your county’s or state’s requirements.
2.Decide which judge is more qualified based on his / her training and background.
3.Research and analyze the additional training that the two (2) judges you profiled received or will receive. Indicate how this training helps to prevent judicial misconduct and unethical behavior.
4.Research and cite at least four (4) peer-reviewed sources in addition to the text. Access Lexis-Nexis and EBSCO
