Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

I must write an essay/research paper on what I believe the causes of juvenile delinquency is. I have already completed a thesis statement along with an outline that I would like to follow: The thesis statement is as follows: “The life of juvenile delinquency started like everyone else’s. The only thing that went wrong was that they were never given the proper guidance. These kids have never gotten chance to let the world see what their made of because the world they know is a world of economic failure, family problems, peer pressures and pain. But this can all change with parenting classes, education and deterrence programs.” My outline is as follows:
1. At what age are you considered a juvenile? Talk about ages delinquency begins, the acts that are normally performed by juveniles etc.
2. Stages of development has transitions.
A. Family members, friend and peers influence times of transition. B. Social change in society. C. Acts of vandalism, theft, drugs. D. Anti-social behaviors that contribute to delinquency.
3. Do economic family problems correlate to juvenile delinquency and why? A. Poor family conditions. B. Single parent households. And anything else that may contribute here.
4. Does weather have an effect on delinquency?
A. Weather influences moods, attitudes and behaviors with juveniles. B. Mental behaviors with weather.
In conclusion of this paper, I would like to list some possible deterrent programs for parents and juveniles, for example, after school program and/or activities etc. for parents and juveniles to get involved in to deter them for delinquency.

Please mention theories that correlate to events listed above. For example, “Differential Association, Conflict Theory, Strain Theory. Labeling Theory.
