This essay consists of three parts. Argument by Definition, Evaluation, and proposal argument. You must define what a good public educational system is, negatively evaluate Kentucky’s education system based on the definition, then propose a solution to reform the broken KY educational system.

Establish a definition. This can be a formal definition, operational definition, or a definition by example. The formula recommend is “Something is/is not a blank because it has/doesn’tt have A, B, and C. An example is Martin Luther King Jr.’s “Letter from a Birmingham Jail” where the argument is segregation laws are unjust because A,B, C, and the definition is what defines and unjust law. For this essay argue for a definition of what is a good educational system (probably whatever makes some of the top European system’s superior to the U.S.’s). So the formula would play out “A public education system is good when it has A, B, and C”.

Evaluate a problem based on that definition. The recommended formula is “Something is good/bad because of A, B, C”. For this essay, since you’ve already established what a good educational system is, use that to evaluate that the public education system in the state of Kentucky. For the purposes of this essay argue that Kentucky’s system is bad (you could talk about its clear educational failings like maybe graduation rates or test scores or whatever works) and that it is a big deal. Formula Kentucky’s education system is bad because A, B, C.

Propose a solution to that problem. The formula is “Someone should or shouldn’t do something/this proposed solution(s) will work because A, B, C”. Propose a single or multi part solution to reform Kentucky’s Public education system (which you’ve established is bad). You should also show how your solution is better that other possible solutions. I think this should be the biggest part of the essay.

I don’t want to sound rude, and I understand this might be a tall order in the limited timeframe but for the money I need quality work. I’m only saying this because the last essay I order from this site (in a different subject) was very bad. Thanks for your help!
