Use the internet and go to the homepage of a business that operates as a franchise. Ex. TCBY, Popeye’s, McDonalds, Subway, Catfish One, etc. There are many other

businesses to choose from. Find some information such as the amount of personal resources or capital needed, franchise fees, or royalties that the franchisor requires

from the franchisee. List 3-5 requireents you must meet in order to operate or open the franchise.

One of the requirements of Public Corporations (listed on the stock market) is they must make public the salaries, bonus, stock ownership of the officers and

executives of the company. Choose any public corporation you would like and give me some information about the executive’s compensation package. One of the best ways

to locate this information is to go to Yahoo’ Finance, look up the company’s stock information and go to the Company Profile. Make sure you find Salary information for

the executives and not financial information for the company.
