The laboratory report (2000 words) should:
1.    Provide an introduction to the area.
2.    Provide an informative methods section.
3.    Provide a descriptive and analytical results section.
4.    Provide an appropriate discussion.
5.    Provide correct referencing to appropriate scientific literature throughout.
6.    Provide a concluding paragraph based on pertinent observations of the area and your work.
7.    Include a word count. This does not include the references section
