The questions specific asks to find cases between those dates so please do so. If there is a precedent from older case that is so important then you can include it but not make a major topic. Try to find between 4-5 cases that can be talked about it the major points between those dates. It talks about in regards to English and Wales Law, so please do not use other cases from different country . Regarding referencing anything that is copied from books articles etc must be inserted as footnotes and doesn’t matter if there are many footnotes and the page number, name of the book should be included. I will include a copy of an essay to see how things should be referenced and how the bibliography should be.
In regarding to books must use John F Dolan, The law of letters of credit (Commercial and Standby) US latest version. It all talks about England and wales so don’t include anything from the books that aren’t related to those countries and try to use :

All books should be the LATEST version and other books that are useful can be used too. Minimum books that are used are 5 and same with articles and journals minimum articles/journal can be used is 5 and all should be new articles/journals the latest one so a good research skills is needed.
In regards of how the essay should be written try to engage the reader and not write in 1st person also every time making a good point please try to concluded it . If this cannot be done please let me know.
