Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

The specific topic of the paper is ” Rights and Responsibilities of Student Organizations, Fraternities and Sororities, Student Press, Athletics and Clubs ” . The paper should state the topic in the introduction and identify your objectives, summarize relevant statutory, administrative and/or case law and legal discussion on the topic, and evaluate how the law and educational policy should determine the resolution or impact of the topic in the future. Research sources may include law review articles, case law, and higher educational administration literature. You must use proper APA citation (6th edition), including how you cite to legal resources.
Writing tips:

Proper nouns must be capitalized, e.g., Establishment Clause, Fourteenth Amendment.

The Supreme Court is a proper noun that is always capitalized, even if you refer to it as �the Court.� Notably, the word �court� by itself is not a proper noun.

Case names are written in italics in formal writing when referred to in whole (e.g., �In Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District, the Court held�.� or in part (e.g., �The Tinker Court held� . . . or �in Tinker . . .�).

Use an introduction, body, and conclusion, including headings and subheadings in the paper. Do not write a 11 pages paper without a structure. I recommend you make an outline of your paper before you write it. That way, you have natural headings and subheadings and avoid rambling or not writing a cohesively organized work.
