law, social norms, architecture, and markets (economics)

We talk about regulation through law, social norms, architecture, and markets (economics). This article poses some food for thought. “The internet within the internet” and “encryption.” More importantly, and more relevant to our conversations from class, this article suggests that online privacy is dead. That anonymity–is a perception.
